What a great experience it has been from start to finish working with Chad at Smart House Solar. He is so knowledgeable about his product and extremely professional. With solar being a bigger financial investment I definitely was a bit nervous at the beginning, but Chad made this experience 11/10. The quality of work, customer service, communication, professionalism are very impressive. He made sure to take his time in explaining the process to me even if I had too many questions, he was very patient and delivered the great work he promised he would. Great experience working with this group. Gunnar and Ty are wonderful - they were patient and explained every single aspect of solar installation to me (it's a big financial investment and I wanted to be sure:)). Installation was quick, easy, painless. They helped coordinate with Duke to get everything wrapped up. I would highly recommend!

I talked to Ty and he walked me through all my options and explained everything very well. I financed my solar panels and now pay less each month then I used to pay for my actual energy bill, I know that price can never be raised. Decided to end 2023 off on a green note! Good solar panels can do more than just lower bills, they give you a great feeling for using the environment to your advantage. Our home was eating up energy every month and we needed to make some changes. Having children who turn lights on and off it's difficult to always be smart with energy usage. Smart House Solar was able to map out the best places to put panels and maximize our savings. Chad taught me about the grid system and how in some cases you can not only save but profit from panels. The knowledge alone Chad shared made for a great experience! Highly recommend!
